Holy crap, I’m going on tour!

First of all: let me introduce you to Xoe Wise.  She’s one of my best friends, and is amazingly talented, and is all-around just a wonderful human being.  She and I originally bonded over a love of Matt Nathanson, so when we wanted to make a tour promo video, this song was a logical choice.

Second of all, we have a tour blog all set up.  We’re gonna update it like CRAZY during the tour.  Xoe is actually already on the road (the band and I have a big gig in Chicago, so I can’t leave until mid-Sept), but expect all sorts of hilarity and randomness as we crazily travel across the country in a Prius, playing shows in dozens of states.

And finally, in expectation of the tour, expect a big big announcement on Tuesday.  How big?  Let’s just say that the title of blog post might be “Pre-Tour Matt Ryd Music Fire Sale”, and it may be an opportunity for you to get both of my CDs for super super cheap, because if you don’t have them yet, and I’m coming to your town, I want you to be able to listen to them and be ready to sing along when I’m playing for you. :-)
